My search for your ideal home will include looking through other Real Estate
Agents listings also Developers stock or even homes being sold privately by
owners.
There is no agent's commission payable by you as the buyer; the property
Seller pays the agent's commission fees.
The only costs you will be charge for are:

Land Title & Property search .$6.00 ( details forward to you by email)
Postage cost of any material you may require mailed to you. (Documents or
other)
