Placing commercial debt and/or equity

I wanted to introduce myself and my company and pass on some
information that I think can help with any commercial debt and/or
equity you are looking to place. CFA is a private asset-based lender
for income-producing properties $5M+ in the US & Canada. Because we
are a private firm we have the ability to be extremely flexible with
respect to structure and can close in a fraction of the time as some
of the larger institutions that you're probably working with.
As far as loan products go, we offer traditional bridge and permanent
financing at competitive terms, but the product that really separates
us from other lenders is our transitional product. This program is a
bridge for value-added or repositioning assets that don't currently
qualify for permanent financing. It allows me to securitize
non-recourse financing, while providing money for TI/LC and capital
improvements to help get the property stabilized and ultimately a
permanent loan takeout. I would like the opportunity to show you what
we can offer on these types of requests.
