Dear Associates,

 Following are some urgent requirements(direct) presently available with us:

  • Hotels in Gurgaon.  Delhi will be secondary preference.  Noida will not be preferred.  This is for purchase, range between 30 to 60 Cr. only.
  • Nursery/Play School in Delhi/Gurgaon.
  • Commercial Office Space(Furnished/Unfurnished) of 40000 to 70000 Sq.ft Area in impressive location of Gurgaon (localities near NH8 will be preferred).  Preferred areas will be Udyog Vihar Ph-4 & 5.  Both Outright & Rental options will be considered.
  • Commercial Office(Furnished) of 5000 to 10000 Sq.ft Area in BPTP Park Centra, Millennium Tower or Vatika Triangle.  This is rental requirement.
  • Commercial Office(Furnished/Unfurnished) of 4000 to 6000 Sq.ft Area in good location of Okhla.   This is rental requirement.
  • Commercial Office(Furnished/Unfurnished) of 2000 to 6000 Sq.ft Area in good location of Okhla.   This is for Purchase.
  • Commercial Office(Furnished/Unfurnished) with approximate carpet area of 2000-3000 sq.ft. in Central Delhi(Areas around CP).  Options in South Delhi( Lodhi Colony, Defence Colony, Munirka, Vasant Kunj, Vasant Vihar, Basant Lok, etc) will also be considered on secondary basis.  Area should be able to accommodate parking for 10 cars as well.  This is for purchase, payment fully by cheque.
  • 500-1000 Sq.ft Retail Space for Garments Showroom in any well-known market of Delhi/NCR, This is for purchase, range between 1.5 to 2.5 Cr.
  • 300-600 Sq.ft Area for a small restaurant/food outlet on main-road of any well-known location in West/North Delhi.  This is rental requirement, range between 40000 to 70000 per month.
  • Residential plot/kothi of 250 to 350 Sq.yds in decent locality of South Delhi.   Areas close to Noida(like New Friends Colony, Kalindi Colony, Maharani bagh, Jasola etc.) will be preferred. This is for purchase, range between 8 to 12 Cr. only.
