Retirement of the gadgets.sharedstate API

Hi Everyone,

I'm sad to announce that we are no longer working on the
gadgets.sharedstate API. The original post announcing this feature can
be found at http://orkutdeveloper.blogspot.com/2009/10/announcing-chat-gadgets-in-orkut.html.
Both the sandbox and the test harness will be shut down soon.
