Description:

Business Analyst along with any of the below-listed toolset experience

• Quadient Inspire designer (Previously called GMC)
• Quadient Interactive
• Message Point
• Adobe Creative Suite

 

Description:

• Should create and design forms in Inspire Designer based on the business specifications. * Participate in the process of gathering requirements and meetings with the client and in software design sessions along with other software developers and programmers.
• Design, develop, and maintain complex transactional document templates using Quadient Inspire.
• Implement multi-channel communication workflows, including email, SMS, and print outputs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that the designs meet business needs and customer experience standards.
• Optimize and enhance existing communication processes with innovative features available in Quadient Inspire.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance of designed solutions to ensure reliability and performance.
• Provide training and support to other team members on using Quadient Inspire tools.
• Stay updated with the latest updates and features in Quadient Inspire and other customer communication management technologies.

 

Required Skills:

• Proven experience with Quadient Inspire software, including Inspire Designer and Interactive.
• Strong understanding of document design and composition, data management, and output management.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript or Python is a plus.
• Ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
