I have updated the following page to give links to new spreadsheets
prepared by Coberly to support the Northwest Plan. The new
spreadsheets target OAS and DI separately. Using Intermediate Cost
numbers fixing DI through payroll projects to take small increases in
2010 (0.02%) and 2011 and 2039 (0.01%). Fixing OAS requires similar
increases starting in 2026 and then slowing after 2036. In both cases
it will be possible to adjust the tax schedules should we get outcomes
better than Intermediate Cost.

The spreadsheets are a little opague even if you have good
understanding of the Report data tables. In order to be truly useable
they need to have the relevant columns extracted and put in a simpler
table. Any suggestions are welcome, I remain self taught on this and
have never been required to produce the kind of data driven
presentations we need to have to actually get a congressman to
understand this.

There is also an extended AB piece covering this. BTW content at AB
has slowed somewhat, if any of you have some opinion or analysis piece
on anything in ABs range, just ship it along.
