The Files section now includes three spreadsheets prepared by Coberly
to show the effects of two different tax based plans to address TF
depletion. One reproduces the numbers of the 2007 Report, the other
two show the effects of starting a fix now vs starting one based on a
trigger event. They are not easy to interpret and are in a AppleWorks
format but for those that can access them and understand them please
try to think of and contribute ways we can present these in a
narrative understandable to a numerically savvy audience.

Well as Coberly discovered those files did not survive the transition.
I suspect the problem is actually browser based, but until I figure it
out I took the files down.
