Yep, I've been getting this, some very good articles in it.  Last article talked about the development and production process for the team that did the multiplayer Jax game.  They followed a process similiar to agile that fit their needs, similiar to what we are doing.  One of their mantra's was not to leave the game broken for longer than a day.  This forced them not to leave broken code laying around before they moved on to the next ask, and kept the rest of the team productive because they rarely hit long lasting, show stopper bugs that would slow everyone down.
