It seems that Subversion is not working on Tigris, not even web-based Subversion. This was reported by the NSpec project as well and I have voted for their bug report to confirm and bring priority to it.  You can do this as well after logging in ( http://www.tigris.org/issues/buglist.cgi).

Hi Dan,

Since yesterday afternoon there has been a problem with the RF
repository.  My clients just hang and eventually time out when
attempting a connection, and the web interface does essentially the
same.  Borrillis has noticed the same.  I looked for a technical contact
address for tigris admins but couldn't find one.  Perhaps there is
contact information in the administrative interface that I can't see.
Could you please look into this and see if we can get the repository
unwedged?

Thanks,

Terry

That bug report was issued in Nov 2005, so I'm not sure voting on it
will help. It doesn't seem to be related. There are more recent
reports of non-responsive subversion access from other projects that
have been fixed. Posting a bug for the realmforge project might be more
effective (subversion problems seem occur on a per-project basis, not
site-wide).

Sure, good call, just post a bug for it.

That kind of defeats the purpose of delegating the issue to the Project
Manager, and getting on with my work, but OK. :-)

I got tired of waiting for someone to notice the issue report, so I dug
around for some email addresses and started nagging for escalation. The
repository seems to be back up now. Can't say I'm pleased with the
accessiblilty of the tigris/collabnet technical staff, though the
response was quick once I got someones attention.

Has the repository gone back down again?

If the information here
(http://realmforgewiki.castlegobs.nl/index.php/Source_Code_Access) is
correct, then the repository is having the same troubles again. As an
alternative, is svn://216.26.140.181/RealmForge up to date?

Thanks,
