Lack of activity

Hello,

 

It has been a very long time since I used Reality.  I would like to keep up with what is going with that version.  I use several other versions of mv.

 

I have noticed that there something like 10 posts over the last two years.

 

I look most days to see if there is any activity.

 

The lack of activity is not good from a marketing viewpoint.  If people come here to see what is going on with Reality they might get the wrong impression.

Agreed.  I occasionally have questions for the group, but I hesitate to bring them up until I am at my wit’s end.  Most of the time, the question gets answered before that occurs.

 

The next time one comes up, I will post post-haste.

I guess the multitude of social media forms have diluted this group, plus Reality users seem to just "get on with what they do", happily using it as problems and issues are few and far between.

Although this Reality Google Forum was set up by Northgate, it's owners, it was meant to be "for users" with contributions by "users", which Northgate didn't interfere with unless help from us was needed.

For general Reality product information Northgate has a dedicated Reality Website, that always has the latest information about how to obtain and use the Evaluation Demo, new releases, download updates and the full Documentation set. Plus there's an FAQ Section that tries to help in between releases when common issues, confusion needs to be addressed.

However, I do agree with you and perhaps we can look into providing more feeds into this forum and try to encourage users to as well. I'm sure we'd all be interested in what Reality users are up to and what we can do to improve the product set...
