Zachary, I understand there is an open house this Saturday and Sunday from 3:00pm-4:30pm. Do you think we could view it sooner?
Also, do you know what the average 3bed 1.5-2 bath goes for in this area?

Average list price for a 3bed/2 bath right now in JP is roughly 500k. BUt obviously it depends on the area and parking.
