Work Experience: 1 – 3 Years

Salary - 15000 to 25000 per month
Qualification: Any Graduates or Under Graduates

Job Description –Responsibilities

· Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers who want to buy property in Gurgaon

· Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and/or telephone calls And Emails

· Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.

· Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets;

· Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales -gathering market and customer information.

· Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets-Gaining a clear understanding of customers businesses and requirements

· Good Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written

· Effective And Positive Real Estate Negotiating Skills

· Efficient Time Management Skills

· Good Administrative And Management Skills

· Knowledgeable About The Latest Updates In The Real Estate Industry

· Able to generate leads through strong online and offline advertising support.

· Good Presentation, Interpersonal and communications skills.

· Able to operate in a fast-paced and changing market environment.

· Candidates from Real Estate background will be a Plus.
