About 3 times a day, the TunnelWatch system goes into "RSS
communications intermittent", which then kicks the system into
"simulated pulse" and fouls up the timing in the wash. I've tried
changing cords to the DRB, replacing the DRB box, reseting the relay
panel, and changing the "eye" on the proximity switch. I'm all out of
ideas! I need to get this nailed down before our high-volume months.

We had a similar issue at our wash. Do you know if the error is
occurring when you adjust the speed of the conveyor? That's what we
narrowed our issue down to. We then recalibrated our hydropulse (like
you do when it is first installed) and that fixed the problem.
Let us know if that is a possible solution.
