2. Small Budget Hospitals for Sale & Lease in Delhi/NCR. Bed Capacity can be anywhere between 50 to 150 Beds. Range goes between 20 to 100 Cr.
3. Hospital Approved Sites in Delhi/NCR, no issues with range.
Schools
1. Reputed Schools of Delhi in range of 20 to 60 Cr. only.
2. School Sites in Delhi/NCR in range of 20 to 60 Cr. only.
3. Institutional Plots in Himachal Pradesh. Areas in & around Shimla will be preferred. Range will see 5-25 Cr.
Hotels
Hotel Plots of 2000 to 5000 Sq.M. in Noida City. Well-located Sectors like- 18, 25A, 32 etc. will be preferred. Plots in Noida Extension/Greater Noida will not be considered.
