The Goal

Hi to everyone, and welcome to Real Democracy Project!

I would like to ask for all the possible help to develop a plattform
to enable in a organized and efficient way direct democracy in any
goverment institution.

The main goal would be making the citizens able to have a general and
clear view of what it's gonna do the party and if they want know the
details and be able to improve them

The plattform should be very usable and obviously it would take many
ideas from other existent social networks. It would work this way:

* The plattform would allow to make proposals about each of the areas
in the institution. Such as innovation, culture, energy...
* Proposals could only be voted positively by the users, so they would
be only able to support them
* The only way to oppose a proposal would be supporting an
counterargument
* Every proposal or counterargument could have subarguments to be
included in the main one
* That way would allow both little projects such as changing a street
traffic lights or deciding how would companies be subsidiced
* The usability both for the reader and the writer must be a very
important point
* I'm not sure if the plattform shoud be focused on creating only one
"perfect" electoral program or many of them.
* I belive that the plattform shouldn't allow non rational discussions
so it shouldn't include dicussions whose chosing would be determined
only by moral. This is mostly to avoid, infinite threads, figths and
trolls.
* The system should have ways to avoid offtopics, arguments based on
false claimings and trolls

All the project would be under a free software license (its pending
wich one)
