There is an IMPORTANT UPDATE on the No Immunity for Big Oil campaign. On Friday, Representative Hageman and Senator Cruz introduced legislation in the U.S. House and Senate that would give oil and gas companies immunity from climate laws and lawsuits. If passed, these bills would undermine all efforts across the country to hold the fossil fuel industry accountable for their role in the climate crisis.
