Promoting solar is a great way to help us meet our clean energy transition goals.

PA Solar Center will facilitate a zoom session this Thursday. Volunteers will use PVWatts to estimate solar for a set of municipalities. This exercise will also be useful for those considering solar for schools, non-profit organizations, and faith-based organizations.

Feel free to share with your EAC's or others who may be interested.

From the estimates generated, we hope to encourage municipalities to consider the financial benefit of reducing their electricity costs by installing solar. Their budget savings increase as electricity rates continue to increase.
