Has it been found that it's necessary (or helpful) to present data points (maybe national data or state data if available) to quantify the monetary savings to municipalities from reducing usage of fossil fuels (to get more buy-in for a RF100 adoption)?
Are local township officials moved by data on numbers of lives saved by reducing air pollution? or the cost of health problems caused by air pollution (and how that might affect municipal budgets)?

But it seems a little old and references data that seems to be years old (only through 2014). I would think there would be more up-to-date data that could be used on the damages caused by air pollution nationally and maybe even more local data available (maybe from the Clean Air Council?) Especially for Bucks County which regularly gets F grades for air quality.
I would think that would be useful information to have in an Addendum to convince more municipalities of the benefits of transitioning to 100% clean energy.
