Hi all,

Yesterday's hearing on the data center bill was revelatory.  PUC Chairman De Frank stated that gas was the cheapest and fastest form of new generation (1:49)  and a few minutes later Rep. Astounding! 

I was shocked by DeFrank's testimony.  He really showed his true colors.  

Andy Tubbs recommended to the Energy Committee that an additional hearing on this issue be held and that the energy industry itself be invited to testify.  I think an additional hearing is a great idea and that Steve DeFrank needs to be invited again to that hearing so he can be confronted with facts.  De Frank is clearly obstructing solar in PA.  No question.
