Dear Tina,

Thanks for getting back to me. We were trying to get hold of Lucy Annson to speak on
behalf of Occupy at a forthcoming study day. The theme of the day is "Cultural
Resistance in Britain" and will have a host of eminent cultural speakers discussing
related issues. We were hoping to have a representative from Occupy present on the
day, doing a 1 hour slot. It is not a political event as such, more of a conference
where we look at related issues. Attending will be all of Year 2 at Glasgow School
of Art including Architecture, Fine Art, Design and Digital Culture students as well
as all staff are invited. 

Also, just to let you know we had invited Lucy as a keynote speaker - who would open
the day and present to the entire conference.  If there is no one available who
would be suitable to be a keynote speaker we would be delighted if someone from
Occupy could present in one of the various strands during the day - that is another
possibility if it is too late notice. 

At the end of the day we have a plenary session, along with the other presenters,
which we would like your speaker to attend.
