Typical of the british academia: we will have professors that will know everything about activism and occupy and that will do nothing to change the social injustice that are the cause of protest movement!

I agree! I bet there's loads of funding available for this type of research.
I'd be interested to see the information sheet. What do they mean by 'fresh
perspective and informed perspective'? Fresh for whom? Informed by what?
Presumably a need to enhance the research profile of LSE prior to this year's
REF.
