Workshop Air Cleaner

Hello,

The workshop air cleaner is failing to start. 

When turned in, the fan blades move a centimeter or two, then stop. Shortly afterwards, the fuse switch pops out.

This happened every time I tried.

I removed both filters and had a look but couldn't see anything obvious.

Having reached the end of my troubleshooting skills I've left it unplugged.
