RDWorks... doesnt work?

RDWorks on the Laser Computer doesnt work even after a reboot.

"RDCAM Microsoft {some chinese characters} has stopped working"

Any ideas?

Try using lightburn instead

Lightburn works, but I dont want to use Lightburn......

(I've got some specific files saved in the RDWorks file format)

Lightburn can open old RD work files if not check preference setting and check ensure water cooler on etc as it’s a generic warning

the cooler is on, the laser wont run without it

I'll uninstall and reinstall the software

Fixed by Ru last night, someone has tried to install RDWorks V8 on the
laser PC again. Version 8 is incompatible with the controller in our
laser and stops things from working properly, only version 7 works reliably.
