Hi all,
I'm wandering if there's anyone who has a bit more experience with programming ESP32's... my efforts extend to the modding of arduino code found on the internet, but now I need to mod the code a little more and am no longer in a good place!

I'm using an i2s mems mic, doing minimal work on the data, and sending out to a pair of BT headphones.  The a2dp code I've modded is based on this one: https://github.com/pschatzmann/ESP32-A2DP

The hacked together code works great, but uses too much power.  I don't need 44.1kHz audio, so was hoping to go with 16kHz and then test running the esp at 80Mhz.

Any thoughts and advice really appreciated!  I guess I'm asking where do I start if I want to learn to code this properly?  The ESP documentation looks really useful, but is a bit beyond my reach at the moment.

This might turn into a real project, so also interested to know if anyone would be up for a bit of project work..

Al
