Wanted to remind people that if you're using the metalworking lathe,
you're expected to check that the tool-height on each tool is correct
before you use it.
I know that they're fine 99% of the time so it's real tempting to just
throw them in and use them (guilty of this myself quite often), but
sometimes they do get set wrong and a couple of people have been having
bad luck with metal turning recently and it turns out that the tool
heights were mis-set.
So if you're having issues, especially issues with poor surface finish,
then it's worth just spending a few seconds to check that the tool
height has been set right to avoid wasting a lot of time getting lousy
