Meta Quest 2 controller wobbly button

Dear Folks of Reading Hackspace,

I hope you can help me with this.

I have a Meta Quest 2 Oculus set and the left controller has the Grip button (the one under the middle finger) that has become wobbly and doesn't retain its position anymore. It works fine, but it doesn't spring back once you press it, so it's a bit difficult to press it again.

I bought the set as a used item and the button was already a bit wobbly when I got it, but it got worse probably because I went to a fair earlier this year to showcase a game and the set has been used by many different players.

Is there anybody that can help restoring the button to its normal state? Or anybody that could give any advice as to how to repair it?
