Reading Consortium meeting - 2020/01/06

Hello rusty readers!

I think we're ready to kick things off again with a meeting on the 6th!

This meeting should be a little on the lighter side with only one
chapter for reading/discussion, and no exercises assigned. If you're
behind, this is a great time to catch up!
I'll also be talking about flag parsing libraries briefly since I'm
excited about some of the stuff going on in clap.rs land, and if anyone
else has rust-ecosystem things they're excited about, you're also
encouraged to talk about them if you'd like to!

Hello reading consortium-goers,

As a reminder, we're meeting tomorrow!

We'll be meeting using jitsi this time; I'm sending this out as a heads
up in case you want to grab the native client, though I found the web
interface to work quite well.
