Welcome to RASI 2012

Registration has now closed for RASI 2012, and we are excited by the broad range of participants who will be joining us in August.

To date we have received 21 registrations from participants in Ontario, the United States, Ireland and France. In addition to the history of science, technology and medicine, students will be coming with a wide range of interests, including aboriginal art, urban studies, photography, design history, disability studies, queer theory, and science education. So far the following institutions are represented among our registrants:

Shortly we will be sending out a list of readings about the material culture of science and technology. We hope you will look at these over the coming weeks and use this Google Group as a forum to discuss them.
