We're getting a great turnout, thanks again to all.

-->We discussed a longer session again today and the group decided to
meet at 6:30 AM next week. I'll post the usual notice later in the
week.

I forgot that I too have family stuff this weekend. I hope I remember how to play once I return...should be the weekend after this.

I'm thinking we use some of the extra time to get more aerobic work
in. What do you guys think?

I think that extra the extra time would be best used on the soccer game.
The scrimmage is a great aerobic workout, or am I the only one that is
getting winded?

I agree. The scrimmage seems to be more than enough of an aerobic workout
for me. That may change as the weeks progress.

Yes, I think the scrimmage is slower than it could be because of
inconsistent fitness. We can keep playing like that and have plenty
of fun. But, it's hard to get better that way. Speaking for myself,
I mess up receiving passes a lot more when I get tired.

I am suggesting we lengthen the scrimmage _and_ lengthen the drills--
but use the extra drill time to get fitter. It will take time but
hopefully the game will improve.

I checked into the status of lacrosse and reportedly they are done.
However, Mike S. also said they shouldn't have been there that early
anyway so who knows...

I know some people have to coach a sport after our session so we can't
move it too late or we will lose people. Others want to sleep in as
late as possible since it is the weekend.

Please respond to this thread with your preference and we can discuss
the possibility of a change back to 7:00AM start at the next session.

I have a preference for 7:00 am but am OK with 6:30.

Now that the Spring soccer season has ended, I can do 6:30 but prefer a 7AM start.
