Ah ah
Out of the blue i realized why some if my items showed marked as shared even if i never saw them before:
This are items shared *by others*
So u need to detect whether the post was shared by the reading user or by the source of the feed.

This also the root cause for another old bug :
If someone on my reading list adds a comment to a shared post, all i see is the comment, not the post it self

Hi Fernando, are you referring to the same problem that we discussed few days ago, where you were seeing some items shared from RS where you were quickly reading one item after another and was sharing some of them?

If you are speaking of list of shared items shown by RS then it is retrieved by querying the url "/atom/user/-/state/com.google/broadcast" - note that "-". It means the user that is logged in. So only the shared items from the logged in user are retrieved.

IIRC you are talking about the comment feeds you have subscribed to, is that right? Or are you talking about an RSS feed of someone else's shared items to which people add comments (through Buzz?)?

Sorry about the top posting, gmail apk sucks ;)

I'm talking about a totally different prob. This time I'm reading cached offline items, slowly, not online ones at blazing speed.
Plus i dont recall those other ones being shared items, but actual feeds i follow.
And in this new case, i could not unshare(they hadn't been shared by me in the first place).

The shared items i speak of, are the ones other ppl share from their greader and then i sub to that, like anyother site feed.

The comments are the 'old' ones added on top of a post, not the new ones added as bellow comments and shared with buzz.

Hope this helps clarify.
If not, when i get back from vacations I'll make you a few examples

I think I know why this happens. I will try to reproduce it and see what can be done.

I assume this also has to do with the feeds that are shared items from others. The comments are the ones that users can add from Google Reader while going through the list of shared items. Correct me if I am wrong.
