Mark read until

Besides Mark All Read, I would love an option to mark items read up to a certain point.
since we now have continues load, Its not east to mimic greader mobile site, Mark Loaded Items.
Usually i skin read just the titles or in expand mode, but want to have some/many of those marked.

Do u think its possible?

It could be a bit time consuming, but it's possible. However it's not
easy to provide an intuitive interface for it.
