Is Reader2Twitter up and running?

Hello.

I just created an account last night. I've done a few test "shares"
with notes of Google Reader items and they have yet to appear in my
Twitter feed. I saw last month you were having trouble paying for the
service from China. Maybe you haven't been able to solve that
problem? Could you provide a status update? Also, just so I can know
the scale of the problem, about how much money do/did you need to keep
the service up and running?

Thanks! It's a great idea and implemented better than twitterfeed
(the note publishing is key!).
