[Bug] Items being tweeted more than once

to Reader2Twitter

I've had an instance where Reader2Twitter has tweeted a shared item
twice. Here is an example:

1st tweet on 14th October http://twitter.com/mhawksey/statuses/27331614628
Reposted on 18th October http://twitter.com/mhawksey/statuses/27715246325

The reposting appears to be triggered when I shared another item. For
note the new item wasn't tweeted by Reader2Tweet.
