To facilitate us identify and fix the issue, could you please share
some more information about the books you're having problem with?
Firstly, if one of the books you have issue with is freely available
(e.g. user manual of a product), then we appreciate if you could send
us the link to download it.
Otherwise, please share us with these pieces of information of one
particular book that the issue occurs on:
- What is the size of the book (in terms of megabytes)?
- Does the problem occur in all pages of that book or just some
pages? What are special about those pages (e.g. huge number of
pictures, very long content)?
- Have you tried reading the books on a computer (as opposed to the
iPad)? Does the issue also appear in the computer or not?
