Also, quite a number of customers have commented on the margin issue – they think ReadCHM should provide a default wider margin, like ChmMate. Do you think this could be implemented easily?

With regards to the issue that I encountered. Please kindly refer to the link below to download the chm file that I am having problem viewing, notably that unloaded images at the end of the document.

I do hope that your group can solve the issue since I understand that it’s not as easy as it seem. But in any case, kindly let me know if the issue is impossible to solve. at least then, I wont be bugging your office for a solution that wouldn’t really exist.

in summary.
problem: images at the end of a chm files which are image heavy and long doesn’t load.
possible solution: partial loading of images or loading of images only if they are near the display area of the ipad and not to load all the images of the whole page all at the same time.

When browsing thru a very large chm document, images at the end or halfway through doesnt seem to load. I know it might be a hardware memory limitation of the ipad since i notice that readchm loads the entire page. Is it possible for readchm to partially load sections of the chm page so that it can accomodate longer and larger files with heavy graphics? Just a suggestion.
