How to build?

Hello

I saw that ReadAir makes great and fast steps forward (as I can see
from the code changes). With the r69 posted just several hours ago,
many features I think ReadAir needs have been integrated.
Now there is still no new version and I do not want to demand one as I
can understand if the dev(s) want to refine it a bit more.

Now I really would like to build the app myself (on a mac) from the
trunk. Sadly this goes beyond my abilities... I've spent more than an
hour, reading about adt -package -storetype and certificates and
putting together a command. I came as far as "Error 100: xml file
could not be parsed".
Could someone please explain me how I build the app myself? Mabe with
a premade command (where I just have to change directories)?
