readthedocs does not show submodule contents

Hi,

This is my repository. I built the docs the usual way (using  sphinx-autodoc and then github).

My issue is this.  With regards to my theanet.layer submodule. When I build locally I get all the functions correctly pulled from code (see file attached).

But when  readthedocs pulls it from github and builds it, it is unable to render the functions in the theanet.layer submodule. Here is the link.

It totally beats me as rtfd does not give any error messages either!
