Readthedocs TOC not showing levels >= 2 when building with mkdocs

Hi there, 

I noticed that when building the my documentation with mkdocs using the Readthedocs theme, only the first level of the TOC is being displayed. 

I also faced the same problem when testing locally, so I started looking around and it seems like there is an issue with the toc.html which seems to have been fixed by the mkdocs folks: https://github.com/tomchristie/mkdocs/pull/270

I've pulled the updated toc.html and it seems to be working fine locally. 

Is there any time estimate of when this would be fixed on readthedocs?

I started using readthedocs today and faced the same problem. It works locally, so an updated mkdocs version on readthedocs would be great!
