Summer Holidays - School Closure and Summer Camp

Dear All;
As you all know, the Chief Minister has declared that all schools in the state will remain closed due to heat wave conditions. This is essentially an order to start the summer holidays earlier than scheduled.
How ever, please know that our plans will remain unaffected - because only normal business of the school has been asked to be suspended. Whereas our proposal is to conduct special activities and that too at a time (6 - 9 AM or 4 PM - 7 PM) when the heat will be less. Ofcourse, you must ensure that only children who would like to attend out of their free will are enrolled for the activities and also there should be provision for plenty of drinking water and shade.
The above instructions should be passed on to all involved in Pratham. This should be carefully communicated to government officials at various levels and also in all our letters and other communication material.
