Ignoring fields - new feature... O*M*G!

Well, it seems to be that time of the month, because I've just add the ability
to ignore fields to Reactor. This will really help with very wide tables,
where you are only interested in a few fields.
In rare cases, too many fields (by which I mean hundreds) could even cause
Reactor to crash during start up, so that's fixed too.
