About akka BSL v1.1 license

Hi,

Lightbend has changed the license of akka from Apache 2.0 to BSL v1.1.  Reactive mongo depends on akka. I heard that lightbend is exempting opensorce projects depending on akka from this license, as they have done for playframework. 

I am very keen to know about the future plan of reactivemongo .

Lightbend doesn't indicate what will happen (excepted that all security & patched on current versions will still be covered by the previous license).

Maybe using Apache Pekko is an option -> https://github.com/apache/incubator-pekko

The first stable version of Pekko is out.

I've opened a PR to add support to ReactiveMongo.
