Release 1.0.0

Hi Everybody,

With the beginning of September, summer's end is coming (any resemblance with some TV show is purely coincidental), so as planned the new major version 1.0 is released now.

The documentation has been updated and the release notes are available, online or as downloadable slides.

The release details describe the changes, and explain how to upgrade to the new version, including with the help of the new Scalafix module.

After this documentation, to ask (gently) questions or for help, this mailing list is the place to go (and discuss with the other users and volunteers).

Please note that only major/blocker fixes (and no new feature) would be applied on previous release 0.x.

Thanks to the contributors and other open source projects which make it possible (not to name them all: Akka, Netty, Play).
