Ready has a really nice "About" command that displays a little window
containing, among other things, the name and version of the program,
copyright dates, names of the programmers, licensing information and a
link to the source repository.
I suggest that this information should also include:
* What version of VTK it was built with
* What version os wxWidges it was built with
* The values of any other build settings that matter for the
purposes of diagnosing compatibility problems.
If we could add this information, it would help with bug reports from
users in the future.
