Here I send attached two examples.
#1 - Parameter map for the saturated non-linear Turing model, where
only the reagent "a" is limited by "L_a".
#2 - Example for the saturated non-linear Turing model using the
"formula" type, so parameters can be freely explored. Both limits for
"a" and "b" can be set.
Note that high values of "L_a" and "L_b" gives the normal model
behavior, as concentrations fluctuate below. The best approach is
setting a big value (like 10 or 15) and decreasing it until the
pattern starts to change.
Too low values for the limits result in a constant concentration, that
is, any pattern disappears.
