.github/workflows/release: store signature as .intoto.jsonl too

The gh-action-sigstore-python generates a *.sigstore.json file,
but the bcr push action expectes a *.intoto.jsonl file instead.
Go along to get along.

Actually hold on. It looks like the PR push failed because sigstore.json is not intoto.jsonl in disguise.
