Steps to build RE2 as static library with Abseil on Windows

Hi,

Can someone please share steps to build RE2 with Abseil on Windows?
I have been struggling lately to get it going.

I want to generate a vcxproj file for each of Abseil and RE2, either separetely OR together (if possible).

On following documentation and help from prompte Abseil works good, I am unable to build RE2 at all.
