License change of re-linq frontend (Remotion.Linq.dll) from LGPL v2.1 to ASL 2.0

I'm happy to announce that we have just relicensed the re-linq frontend (Remotion.Linq.dll) from Lesser GNU Public License v2.1 (LGPL 2.1) to Apache Software License 2.0 (ASL 2.0).
This change is already part of our subversion repository and our build server is working on getting the next nuget package (version 1.15.12 or later) out to nuget.org.
