Moving to GitHub and introducing SemVer

Hi re-linq Users!

We have now offically moved re-linq sources from our own SVN server to GitHub:

• https://github.com/re-motion/Relinq
  This is the "Frontend" and the part of re-linq most often used when writing a LINQ provider.
  It is released on NuGet.org as https://www.nuget.org/packages/Remotion.Linq/
  There is also a support library https://www.nuget.org/packages/Remotion.Linq.Development/ for unit-testing a custom LINQ provider based on the re-linq Frontend.
  
• https://github.com/re-motion/Relinq-SqlBackend
  This is the "SQL-Backend" and contains SQL generation based on the re-linq Frontend.
  It is released on NuGet.org as https://www.nuget.org/packages/Remotion.Linq.SqlBackend/
  There is also a support library https://www.nuget.org/packages/Remotion.Linq.SqlBackend.Development/ for unit-testing extensions of the SQL-Backend.
  
• https://github.com/re-motion/Relinq-EagerFetching
  This contains infrastructure for extending re-linq with a fluent syntax for eager fetching related properties.
  It is released on NuGet.org as https://www.nuget.org/packages/Remotion.Linq.EagerFetching/

Starting with version 2.0, re-linq is released with Semantic Versioning. The current alpha state pertains to some final cleaning up and tightening of the public APIs in an effort to lessen future breaking changes. Particularily in the re-linq Frontend, I do not expect major breaking changes to happen between the alpha and the final release.
