I took it out because it wasn't turned on by default and I'm not
really sure it gave correct results. You can add it back in by copying
the following files from the previous (1.8) release:

1. src\org\nees\buffalo\rdv\datapanel\SpectrumAnalyzerDataPanel.java
2. lib\jnt.FFT.jar

You should then edit config\extensions.xml and add back the entry for
the spectrum analyzer data panel. Then recompile and everything should
work.

The spectrum analyzer will be back for the next release and will be in
a much more usable state.

new and improved FFT panel in the next release.
