My Teams on my laptop kept telling me I was "offline" even though I was connected with a strong signal to my wi-fi, I could browse the web with no issues, connected to VPN and (through VPN), I was RDP'd into servers for work.
Last September, I used the trial period. Today I saw that Dropbox charged me monthly for this fact every month since then, even though I canceled my subscription. Charges don't appear in my dropbox account, nor is there an active paid subscription . I would like to know what happened and get a refund for my money.
The ultimate solution for now was to create an annotation layer in the gdb. But I am wondering, if I didn't see some settings in the label properties (both standard labeling and maplex)? And why is this even happening? Why have labels the highest weight and won't be covered by overlaying layers?
Another thing that can prevent the public from viewing your Online Story Maps and other map apps is the "anonymous access" settings. It should be checked. Find it in Organization, Edit Settings, Security.
But today I find that even though I have some local changes and commit to local repository, when running git push origin master it says 'Everything up-to-date', but when I use git clone to checkout files on the remote server, it doesn't contain latest changes. And I have only one branch named "master" and one remote server named "origin".
You can use all git commands while in this state.
You can use git reset --hard $othercommit to further move around, for example.
You can make changes and create a new commit on top of a detached HEAD.
You can even create a merge by using git merge $othercommit.
Another situation that is important to be aware of: The sort of default state for git is that you are working in the "master" branch. And for a lot of situations, you'll just hang out in that as your main working branch (although some people get fancy and do other things).
I did this, but when I then tried to git push remoterepo master, it said "error: failed to push some refs. To prevent you from losing history, non-fast-forward updates were rejected, Merge the remote changes (e.g. 'git pull') before pushing again."
First, I find it ridiculously offensive that you get charged for the renewal of the subscription a month before the actual renewal date. But even with that, I very clearly remember cancelling the renewal of my subscription before I was charged this time, and somehow my subscription STILL got renewed and it STILL got charged.
Second, it's absurd how difficult it is to get in touch with Norton's customer support service. I'm not getting through to the live customer support chat (even though I allowed cookies), it gave me my case number but when I click on the "start chat" button nothing happens. The link to submit for a refund also does not work, same thing, I click and nothing happens. It's incredibly frustrating and feels like it was deliberately made as obtuse as possible to submit refunds and cancel a subscription to demotivate customers from doing it.

Well the good news is that you have been consuming services without being charged for it.
On the other hand you expected a invoice and are waiting for GPT 4 access.
If you did not get billed you may have some free credits due to signing up recently. You should check if you have some amount in your account that has been granted to your for free and that you have a credit card added to your account.
Still, even if you got billed 1$ then this does not mean that you will be immediately granted access. But it will definitely help to get access sooner.
I have a Ring Video Doorbell Pro 2. I have the in-home chime (mechanical doorbell) disabled intentionally, and that has worked flawlessly for years (even upgraded from Pro 1 to Pro 2 and have never had a problem). Recently, with no changes being made on my part, the in-home chime has started ringing again. I checked the settings, and the in-home chime is still disabled in the settings. What could be causing this, and how do I fix it? Are there any workarounds?

I tried to import a .png image to be used as a texture on a dome, but it tiles (like a pattern) instead of projecting like a decal. OP, nothing is free. Etsy is no exception. The fees suck but other than 0.20 cents the good news is if you don't sell, you don't pay fees. Other sites have a higher percentage so even though it's annoying, it is the cost of doing business.
